Christian Printzell Halvorsen is the CEO of Cxense. Christian is a digital native executive with over 17 years of experience in online and technology companies. He has a proven track record of creating value through strong revenue and profitability growth, as well as through transforming organizations, products, tech platforms and business models.
Prior to joining Cxense, Christian held several key roles at Schibsted ASA, including Chief Product Officer of Schibsted Classified Media, and CEO of FINN.no AS. Prior to leading FINN.no, he served as Vice President of Strategy and Product Development Division and was responsible for developing all of Schibsted's marketplace products. From 2009 to 2014, he was also a member of Group Management of Schibsted Norway.

As CPO, Ben leads product management activities within Cxense, including owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of Cxense's Data Management Platform with Intelligent Personalization.
Ben is an experienced product leader who has worked extensively with audience data, analytics and data driven products. Prior to Cxense he served as VP of Product at Schibsted, and previously as Senior Director of Product Management at Yahoo. During his time at Yahoo, Ben oversaw an audience data platform serving the data needs of Yahoo’s properties, including its Media and Communication apps. He also led product for Flurry Mobile App Analytics. Whilst at Schibsted, Ben’s role included leadership of identity and tracking product teams and heavy involvement with GDPR compliance.

As VP Human Resources, Elisabeth is responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy. Her focus is on making Cxense an attractive employer for high-skilled personnel, and on attracting, developing, and retaining global talent.
In her previous role, Elisabeth was HR Business Partner at Telenor as well as Member of the Management Team at Telenor Satellite and Norkring. Before that, Elisabeth worked for Schibsted Media Group where she was a Project Manager for organizational development working primarily with Schibsted's Norwegian media houses.
Elisabeth holds an M. Sc. in Humans Resources from Copenhagen Business School, and a B. Com. in Management and Marketing from University of Auckland.

As Chief Data Scientist, Kimmo is responsible for developing and implementing Cxense's data strategy. Throughout his career as a serial entrepreneur and leader at Enreach, Webmie, Xtract and other technology companies, Kimmo has focussed on helping companies understand their customers better by using behavioural and audience data. He is passionate about applying advanced mathematics, data science and machine learning to find innovative solutions to business problems.
Kimmo holds an M.Sc. in Physics and Information Science from Helsinki University of Science and is a Board Member of the Helsinki Institute for Information Technology.

As the CFO, Jørgen Loeng is responsible for accounting, financial projections, performance measurement and improvements, as well as investor communication. Prior to Cxense, Jørgen was a partner at the management consulting and investment firm, Cardo Partners, where he lead a number of profit improvement programs, as well as strategy advisory and commercial due-diligence projects. He has also worked as a Corporate Finance associate in the Danske Bank Group where he worked with financial modeling, valuation , M&A and public listings.

As CTO, Pankaj is responsible for leading and developing the technology that powers Cxense's leading Data Management Platform with Intelligent Personalization.
Pankaj has a strong technology leadership background in both B2B an B2C domains. He has built, led, and scaled world-class engineering teams in different business segments including e-commerce, digital marketing, and telecommunications.
His previous roles include Global Head of Software Engineering, Program and Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Technical Consultant in companies ranging from SMEs to large corporations like Zalando, Microsoft and Nokia. In addition, he is an advisor on lean startup methodology and has served as a board member for several Finnish entrepreneurship societies.
Pankaj holds a Master of Science in Mobile Computing, Services and Security from Aalto University, and a Master's Degree in Business Informatics from Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, both in Finland.

As Senior Vice President, Business Development, and GM Japan, Ryoichi Egawa leads Cxense Japan. He is charged with building the company into the leading provider of online cloud-based monetization services in the market.
Before joining Cxense, Egawa had more than 10 years of experience in leadership roles in the software industry. Most recently, Egawa was Director of Sales at FAST and, subsequently, in the Digital Marketing Platform Group at Microsoft. Before this he served as Sales Director in Autonomy and Field Alliance Manager in IBM Japan. Egawa also has experience in IT consulting at Oracle.

Gabriel D'Onofrio works as General Manager (GM) for Cxense Latin America. In his role he oversees sales, business development and customer success in the Latin American market, enabling customers and partners to grow and succeed using Cxense technology and services. Prior to Cxense, Gabriel has held several leadership roles in the technology and online industry for over 20 years.
Gabriel holds a Master in IT and Telecommunication Business in UCA (Catholic University of Argentina) as well he had a PMD (Program for Management Development) in ESADE, Spain. He also holds a Bachelor in Marketing and a Bachelor in Advertising.

Anne Roland works as General Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in Cxense. In her role she oversees business development and customer success in those markets, enabling partners and customers to grow and succeed using Cxense technology and services.
Prior to Cxense Anne has had several leadership roles in the SaaS industry. She came to Cxense from Meltwater Group where she strategically helped develop the company into a significant, global SaaS player within media intelligence, with more than 1000 employees. Anne held various positions during her time at Meltwater Group and most recently as Area Director for Customer Success.

Birger Søiland is General Manager North America at Cxense. He is responsible for business development, sales, and customer success, enabling partners and customers to grow and succeed using Cxense technology and services.
Birger has several years of experience in sales and management from the media industry and native advertising. Before joining Cxense, he built up the Norwegian subsidiary of Nordiske Medier A/S, the largest B2B publisher in the Nordics, to become a noticeable media outlet within the oil & gas industry. Birger has a background as an entrepreneur and has successfully built and sold a native advertising start-up in Norway.

Igor works as General Manager for Russia in Cxense. He leads Cxense's largest development office and in his role oversees business and software development of Cxense’s product portfolio, making sure that both solutions and services are delivered with best possible quality.
He joined Cxense upon its acquisition of Maxifier, where Igor was Founder and CTO, developing world-class optimization software for online advertising and leading technology and business development activities. Among his clients were top-notch publishers and media companies, including Orange, Forbes, Rakuten, Guardian and many others.
Igor has a Dr. of Science degree in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) and the author of more than 100 papers in field of data mining, multi-agent technology, knowledge management, text understanding and business development, holds several patents and inventors certificates
